Before You Start

Make sure you have these requirements before installing Jenny Mod

Java Edition Requirements

  • Minecraft Java Edition 1.12.2
  • Minecraft Forge 1.12.2
  • Java 8 or higher
  • At least 4GB RAM

MCPE/Bedrock Requirements

  • Minecraft PE 1.17.0 - 1.21.71
  • Android 7.0+ or iOS 12+
  • At least 2GB RAM
  • File manager app

Java Edition Installation

Follow these steps to install Jenny Mod for Minecraft Java Edition

Download Minecraft Forge

First, you need to install Minecraft Forge 1.12.2. This is essential for running Jenny Mod.

Download from official source:

files.minecraftforge.net/net/minecraftforge/forge/index_1.12.2.html
  • Click on "Installer" to download the Forge installer
  • Run the installer and select "Install client"
  • Wait for the installation to complete

Download Jenny Mod

Download the latest version of Jenny Mod from our official website.

Important: Only download from trusted sources to avoid malware.

Locate Minecraft Mods Folder

Find your Minecraft mods folder where you'll place the Jenny Mod file.

Windows:

%appdata%\.minecraft\mods

Mac:

~/Library/Application Support/minecraft/mods

Linux:

~/.minecraft/mods

If the mods folder doesn't exist, create it manually.

Install Jenny Mod

Copy the downloaded Jenny Mod .jar file to your mods folder.

  • Copy the Jenny Mod .jar file
  • Paste it into the mods folder
  • Make sure the file extension is .jar
  • Don't extract or modify the file

Launch Minecraft

Start Minecraft with the Forge profile to load Jenny Mod.

  • Open Minecraft Launcher
  • Select the Forge 1.12.2 profile
  • Click "Play" to start the game
  • Create a new world or load an existing one

Spawn Jenny

Use the spawn egg to summon Jenny in your Minecraft world.

  • Open your inventory (E key)
  • Search for "Jenny" in creative mode
  • Find the Jenny spawn egg
  • Right-click to spawn Jenny

Success! Jenny should now appear in your world. Enjoy!

Download Jenny Mod for MCPE

Download the MCPE version of Jenny Mod from our official website.

Download for MCPE

Import the Addon

Import the downloaded .mcpack or .mcaddon file into Minecraft.

  • Locate the downloaded file in your device's downloads
  • Tap on the .mcpack or .mcaddon file
  • Minecraft should automatically open and import the addon
  • If not, use "Open with Minecraft" option

Create New World

Create a new world with the Jenny Mod addon enabled.

  • Go to "Create New World"
  • Scroll down to "Behavior Packs"
  • Find and activate Jenny Mod
  • Also check "Resource Packs" if available
  • Create the world

Spawn Jenny

Use creative mode to spawn Jenny in your world.

  • Enable creative mode
  • Open your inventory
  • Look for Jenny spawn egg
  • Tap to place Jenny in your world

Done! Jenny Mod is now active in your MCPE world!

Troubleshooting

Common issues and their solutions

Jenny Mod Not Loading

  • Make sure you're using the correct Minecraft version (1.12.2 for Java)
  • Verify that Minecraft Forge is properly installed
  • Check that the mod file is in the correct mods folder
  • Ensure the mod file isn't corrupted (re-download if necessary)

Game Crashes

  • Update your Java to the latest version
  • Allocate more RAM to Minecraft (4GB recommended)
  • Remove conflicting mods
  • Check Minecraft crash logs for specific errors

Can't Find Jenny Spawn Egg

  • Make sure you're in creative mode
  • Search for "Jenny" in the creative inventory
  • Check if the mod is properly loaded in the mods list
  • Try restarting Minecraft
